In case of a claim that you would like us to return with a solution  within shortest possible period, we kindly ask you to fill in Claim protocol with all precedent information according the example that can be downloaded from link below. As well it is important to send us claim visual pictures.

By sending as your claims direct we can save much time in comunication. Also  by filling all the requested colums marked on the exsample in red we can have all required  information to have immediate solution for the claim.
